Resort Realty was founded in the early 1970's by the original
developer of Sunriver to handle the resale of properties within
Sunriver Resort. The Company quickly sold and became
Resort Realty, Inc. The Company established it's base in
Southern Deschutes County, and later opened a vacation rental
division in Sunriver.
In 1983, Resort Realty Inc. was purchased by Clyde Browning,
and quickly grew to 10 Agents and expanded it's Vacation Rental
Business. Then in 1986, Resort Realty, Inc. joined the Coldwell
Banker Real Estate Network and became Coldwell Banker First
Resort Realty and Discover Sunriver Vacation
Rentals. Since 1990, we have consistently earned the
"Premier Office" Award from Coldwell Banker Real Estate
Corporation for outstanding sales volume and customer service.
In 2005, Clyde Browning sold the Company to
Andy Johnson who is a Sunriver homeowner and
Owner/Principal Broker of Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate
in Florence, Oregon. In 2008, Mike Riley assumed the role of
Principal Broker/General Manager to oversee the day to day
operations of the business.
Both Coast Real Estate and First Resort Realty are strengthened
by the merger since both share a philosophy and commitment to
provide honest and professional Real Estate Broker services to
